Major Stock Show Important Information (Quality counts and verification)

If you are showing at a Major Stock Show, you must have a quality counts verification number. http://agrilife.org/qualitycounts/verification/

You must state validate all livestock if you plan on showing them. Contact your 4-H Office/FFA Advisor to order tags and find out your species validation date.

You must also enter each Stock Show, validation does not constitute for an entry, and most entries are due to your 4-H Office/FFA Advisor in November.

If you are showing a breeding animal, bring a copy of your registration papers with you when you turn in your entries.

If a validation tag is lost or pulled out, contact the 4-H Office/FFA Advisor immediately so the tag can be replaced.
